CNC Team Leader
£38,000 - £44,000 (OTE £50,000+) + Bonus + Overtime + Progression + Excellent Benefits
Homebased role, covering Midlands (Can be located anywhere in the Midlands: Dartford, Kent (Ideally located: Orpington, Sidcup, Erith, Gravesend, Rochester, Chatham)

In this hands-on, days-based position, you will oversee the 3-axis CNC machining department, ensuring production targets and delivery deadlines are met. Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will coordinate workloads, improve machining processes, and develop team members.
This role would suit an experienced CNC machinist, with programming experience, looking to take the next step in their career with a leading company where you can grow and progress long term.
The Role:
- Team Leader
- Set, operate, and programme CNC machines, whilst developing your team
- Monday to Friday (40 Hours - Days)
The Person:
- Skilled in CNC programming
- Lead Machinist / Supervisor / Team Leader experience
- Commutable to Dartford
