CNC Team Leader - North Somerset
£38,000 – £44,000 DOE | Full-Time
Abatec Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced CNC Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing business in North Somerset.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced CNC Setter, CNC Machinist or CNC Supervisor looking to lead a team while remaining involved in daily production.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of CNC Operators to meet production targets.

Set, operate and troubleshoot CNC machinery.

Work with Siemens and Fanuc controls and CAD/CAM systems.

Train and develop operators, providing technical support.

Oversee metal machining and window and door fabrication.
*
Maintain quality standards, production efficiency and Health & Safety procedures.
What we're looking for:
*
Extensive CNC setting and operating experience – essential.
*
Previous CNC leadership or supervisory experience.
*
Experience with 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machinery.
*
Knowledge of Siemens, Fanuc and CAD/CAM systems.
*
Experience in metal machining and window and door fabrication.
*
Ability to read engineering drawings and solve technical issues.
*
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
