Salary: £17 - £20 per hour depending on skill level + monthly bonus

About the role:

Setting and operating CNC machines with Heidenhain/ISO/Fanuc controls
Working within tight tolerances
Accurately completing work logs on production control software and creating/reading computerised tooling sheets
Confidently using measuring tools to check work before it is taken to our quality control department
Partake in lean training and actively contribute to our lean initiative by undertaking daily improvements to share with the teamAbout you:

In either turning, milling or both, good experience and proven skills in CNC setting and operating in a sub-contract precision machining environment
A team player who is flexible with a 'can do' attitude
Someone who pays close attention to detail, has a commitment to quality and a desire to offer consistently high-quality parts to our customers
A team member with either experience of lean workplaces and/or a keen interest to learn and grow within a lean cultureWhat we offer:

Competitive hourly rate (dependant on level of skill we offer between £17/hour plus monthly bonus and £20/hour plus monthly bonus)
4 day working week (Mon-Thurs 7am - 5pm)
Friday overtime (when required) @ rate plus half
