CNC Setter / Operator
£32,000-£36,000 + Flexible Hours + 33 Days Holiday + Sick Pay Scheme
South Birmingham (Commutable from Birmingham, Redditch, Solihull, Longbridge and surrounding areas)
Are you an experienced CNC setter / operator looking for a stable, days-based role?
Join an established cutting tool manufacturer producing specialist tooling and bespoke components, where no two jobs are the same.
You'll work within a small, close-knit team, taking ownership of jobs from program input through to final inspection.

The Role
Setting and operating manual and CNC centre lathes
Program input, machining and self-inspection
Producing bespoke tooling blanks and one-off components
Workshop-based, days-only role with 39 hours per week
Flexible hours between 07:30 and 17:30, with part-time consideredThe Person
Minimum 5 years' machining experience
Experienced in manual turning and CNC setting/operating
Confident with engineering drawings, tolerances and inspecting own work
Able to work independently while contributing to a small team
Machining centre experience advantageous but not essentialBBBH (phone number removed)
