CNC Lathe Operators & Setter Operators
Red Recruitment Group are recruiting skilled CNC Lathe Operators and Setter Operators for a leading precision engineering manufacturer in Brierley Hill
Role
* Operating and setting CNC lathes and / or Vertical Machining Centres
* Working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Making machine adjustments and offset changes
* Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are achieved
* Maintaining productivity and accuracy within a busy manufacturing environment
Hours
* Monday to Thursday – 14:00 – 00:00 (23:30 on Thursday)
Pay rate
* Rate dependant on proven ability between £14.77 and £18.68 per hour (Inc shift allowance)
Ideal Applicants
* Previous CNC Lathe or VMC experience
* Confident reading engineering drawings
* Experience using measuring equipment and carrying out inspections
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
