Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced CNC Punch Press Operator to join a large, well-established sheet metal manufacturer based in the Belliver area of Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Punch Press Operators, CNC Operators, Punch Press Operators, Sheet Metal Operators, and CNC Machine Operators looking to join a growing manufacturer offering excellent pay, overtime, bonus opportunities, and genuine long-term career progression.

Key Duties
Operate CNC punch press machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Set and adjust machine parameters as required.
Carry out quality inspections to ensure components meet specification.
Work to production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC punch press machinery.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable working continental night shifts, including weekends.
Shift Pattern & Pay
£21.38 per hour.
Continental night shifts: 7pm-7am.
Two-week rotating shift pattern, including weekends.
Overtime opportunities available.
Performance-related bonus scheme.
