The Opportunity
Join a well – respected and well established precision engineering company based in the Derby area that can offer stability and good long term prospects.

The Role

- Programming using CAD/CAM software - Edgecam.

- Setting and operating CNC milling machines. (Heidenhain and Haas controls.)

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards.

- Conducting routine machine maintenance and inspections.

- Using measuring equipment to verify component accuracy.

- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Working independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience of programming, operating and setting up milling machines
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings
