Are you a skilled CNC Miller adept in Fanuc programming, seeking an opportunity to join a pioneering company leading the charge in precision manufacturing while enjoying full comprehensive training, Monday to Friday work hours with an early Friday finish, and abundant optional overtime for substantial earnings growth?

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the precision manufacturing operation, operating manual and CNC milling machinery to produce components to exacting customer specifications. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work to tight tolerances will ensure that products meet the highest standards. You will be working Monday to Friday on a double days shift pattern consisting of weekly rotating shifts: Monday - Thursday 6am-2pm, Monday - Thursday 2pm-10pm with reduced hours every Friday.

The Role:
Operate manual and CNC milling machinery to craft components as per customer drawings.
Use inspection equipment to ensure strict adherence to sizes, tolerances, and surface finishes.
Transition to rotating early/back shifts following a training period on day shift.The Person:
