Programme, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components in accordance with project specifications
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop efficient machining processes and improve productivity
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the necessary programming requirements
Perform routine maintenance and ensure the proper functioning of CNC machines
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during manufacturing operations
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CNC programming techniquesEssential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
Proficient in programming and operating CNC machines
Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
