CNC Programmer / Operator

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading bespoke joinery manufacturer for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join their production team.

The Role

* Program and operate CNC machinery using Cabinet Vision.

* Produce accurate CNC programs from technical drawings.

* Optimise machining processes and material usage.

* Work closely with the workshop and design teams to ensure smooth production.

* Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout manufacture.

Requirements

* Previous CNC programming and operating experience within bespoke joinery, cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.

* Experience using Cabinet Vision is ideal.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* A proactive approach with a focus on quality.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
