Description:

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for our West Bromwich based Client a CNC programmer Setter to join their team on a full time and permanent basis working day shifts

As the CNC Programmer/setter the role will be accountable for manufacturing a variation of small to medium batch work to tight tolerances and strict standards.

Duties of a CNC programmer will include:

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery
Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
Set, adjust and change the tools as and when required
Use of gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure component meets required specifications
Ensure you adhere to company health, safety and environmental standards
Meeting and exceeding quality standards set
Key Skills for a CNC programmer

Essential that you have a minimum of 3 years setting, operating experience
Advantage to be able to programme
Have excellent attention to detail
Ability for checking the quality of your own work
Salary: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift
8am to 5pm
