Salary - £20 - £23 per Hour | Overtime Available | Early Friday Finish | Permanent Position

Are you an experienced CNC Miller Programmer looking for a role that offers job security, overtime opportunities, and a great work-life balance?

We're recruiting for a well-established engineering manufacturer specialising in precision steel and duplex castings. This is a hands-on programming role where you'll be involved from programming through to machine set-up, proving out programs, and supporting production.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm

Responsibilities
Offline programming using Fusion 360 or similar CAM software

Setting and operating CNC milling machines

Proving out and optimising programs on the shop floor

Working with FANUC, HURCO, or similar controls

Reading engineering drawings

Producing precision machined components

Carrying out quality inspections and process improvements

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' CNC programming experience

CNC milling background

Experience with CAM software such as Fusion 360

Knowledge of FANUC, HURCO, or other CNC controls

Ability to set and prove out programs

Hands-on approach to machining and manufacturing

This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Programmer who enjoys being involved in the full machining process rather than working in a purely office-based programming role.
