Position: CNC Operator
Location: Trafford Park
Hours: 3 Shift Pattern Monday - Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm -6am)
Salary: £36,000 p/a + Overtime
Contract: Permanent
Our client is a well-established Engineering company based in Trafford Park; due to growth, they are currently looking for several skilled CNC Machine Operatives to join their team, the ideal candidate will have previous experience on Machining centres / vertical lathes or borers along with experience using either Fanuc or Siemens controls or using measuring equipment such as Verniers or micrometers.
Duties:
Experience of Fanuc & Siemens controls.
Experience in Machining Centres / Vertical lathes & borers.
Use of measuring equipment (Micrometers, Verniers etc).
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Understanding of tolerances and work within drawing requirements.
Ability to amend programs using tool offsets.
Quality Check products before dispatch.
Worked on health and safety requirements. Skills:
Previous Machine Operative CNC experience.
The ability to use Micrometers, Verniers.
Excellent Communication skills.
