CNC Operator
Location: Nuneaton
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience using Mazatrol-controlled turning machines who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Setting and operating CNC turning machines using Mazatrol controls
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards
Carrying out basic machine checks and minor adjustments
Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience operating CNC turning machines
Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol programming and operation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience in a production or subcontract machining environment preferred
Hours & Flexibility
Monday to Friday
Some flexibility on days/hours for the right candidate

Competitive hourly rate between £15.50 - £17.00 (dependent on experience)
