A well established manufacturer of high quality precision injection mouldings are looking for a CNC 3 Axis Miller, Programmer, Setter with Offline Programming experience to join their team. The company provide precision mouldings to a wide range of industries including aerospace and automotive in their modern and fast paced machining facility.
The Role - CNC 3 Axis Miller
As a successful CNC 3 Axis Miller you'll be responsible for manufacturing 1 off and short batch parts and components to tight tolerances, experience of Die and mould tooling is preferable.
Duties - CNC 3 Axis Miller
* Program, Set and Operate CNC 3 Axis Micron Milling Machines on Heidenhain or Fanuc Controls.
* Offline Programming on Vero Visi software however other software experience will be considered.
* Machining to very tight tolerances and ensuring quality.
Requirements - CNC 3 Axis Miller
* Experienced CNC 3 Axis Miller Programmer Setter using Heidenhain or Fanuc controls.
* Offline programming experience using Vero Visi (other software will be considered).
* Must have experience with working to tight tolerances to AS9100 standards.
* Ideally apprentice trained/time served engineer.
* Good teamwork skills.
