CNC Miller Programmer
£18 - £21 per hour + Overtime

Are you a CNC Miller Programmer, or similar with experience in milling and CNC programming, looking to join a progressive engineering company offering training on their machines, enhanced overtime rates, and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills?
On offer is the opportunity to join an established precision engineering business specialising in high-quality CNC machining and component manufacturing. The company supports a wide range of customers with accurate, reliable production across prototypes, small batches, and larger production runs. You will work on a range of CNC milling and machining equipment, producing high-quality components, while receiving training on the company's machinery within a supportive manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will be setting and operating CNC machines, developing and adjusting programmes, and ensuring accurate calibration and alignment of machinery. You will also carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting, load and handle materials safely, and support quality checks using hand tools and basic measurements. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, improving machining efficiency, and supporting the smooth running of production.
This role would suit a CNC Miller Programmer or similar with experience in machining who is looking for a secure role uncapped overtime at enhanced rates, and the chance to work on a range of specialist machines.
The Role:
* Setting and operating CNC milling machines and other machining equipment
* Developing, adjusting, and optimising CNC programmes to improve efficiency and quality

The Person:
* CNC Miller Programmer, or similar
* Experience with CNC machining and programming
* Background in Engineering or Manufacturing advantageous
