A well-renowned machine shop producing high precision components for a wide range of products is seeking to appoint an apprentice-trained CNC Miller to their staff. The work is varied and overtime tends to be regular offering the opportunity to substantially increase earnings. This is a Nights based role for a CNC Miller.
CNC Miller - Role - Programming, Setter/Operator, Precision Engineering, CNC Machinist, Machine Shop
* Interpret customer drawings
* Studying work order
* Program, set and operate a selection of HAAS controlled CNC milling machines
* Select tooling
* Produce component and submit for first-off inspection
* Maintain a clean and safe working area
CNC Miller - Skills - Programming, Setter/Operator, Precision Engineering, CNC Machinist, Machine Shop
* Apprentice-trained or time-served CNC Machinist
* Experience of programming using HAAS controls
* Ability to learn new machines
* Wants to progress
