Job Title: CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter / Operator Job Description (Day & Night Shift Positions Available) - MUST BE ABLE TO USE FANUC

Location: Earlswood On-site | Warwickshire

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum D.O.E / £16 - £20 per hour + Overtime opportunities

| Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Saturday | 50 Hours Per Week

About the Role:

Our client is urgently seeking experienced CNC MILLERS / Programmers / Setters / Operators to join their growing team on Days and Nights.

As a key supplier to the motorsport industry, they manufacture complex, high-tolerance components using the latest machining technology within a modern, high-precision engineering environment.

With both day and night shift opportunities available, flexible start and finish times, and significant overtime earning potential, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Miller looking for a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set, and operate 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling machinery.

Manufacture high-specification components to exact tolerances for demanding motorsport and engineering applications.

Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Maintain exceptional standards of precision, quality, and cleanliness.

Conduct routine maintenance and assist in efficient machine utilisation.

Work collaboratively to meet production targets in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

Experience & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years' experience operating 2/3/4/5-axis CNC milling machinery within a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Skilled in working to tight tolerances across a range of materials.

Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-focused mindset.

Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.

Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with hand tools and machining processes. MUST BE ABLE TO USE FANUC

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

50 Hours Per Week

Day Shift Positions Available

Flexible start and finish times

Plenty of overtime available

On offer:

Excellent salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE / £16 to £20 per hour DOE.

Regular overtime.

Bonus on hours worked basis.
