Description:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Miller who can confidently programme, set and operate modern machining centres. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently on precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines

*

Creating, editing and optimising programmes (Heidenhain & Fanuc advantageous)

*

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

*

Selecting appropriate tooling, fixtures and machining methods

*

Carrying out first-off inspections and ensuring parts meet tight tolerances

*

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

*

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

*

Proven CNC milling experience (programming essential)

*

Knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls beneficial

*

Ability to work from technical drawings

*

Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Working hours (39 per week):

* Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30

* Friday 08:00-15:30
