Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking to take the next step in your career?
An established engineering company based near Basildon is looking for a skilled CNC Setter Operator to join their team, with an excellent opportunity to develop their programming skills and progress into a more advanced role.
Whether you're already confident with CNC programming or are a strong setter operator keen to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity to develop your career.
CNC Miller Duties:
Setting and operating CNC Milling machines.
Working with machines including Haas and Siemens controls.
Editing and adjusting existing CNC programmes.
Inspecting your own work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Developing your CNC programming skills, with the opportunity to use Fusion 360 (experience beneficial but not essential).
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines.
Experience with Haas and/or Siemens controls would be advantageous.
The ability to edit programmes and make adjustments.
A genuine interest in developing your CNC programming skills.
Existing programming experience is welcome, but the willingness to learn and progress is equally important.

£20–£24 per hour, depending on experience.
Overtime paid at 1.33x your hourly rate.
