CNC Miller Programmer
Christchurch
£18.00–£20.00 per hour
A well-established engineering business in Christchurch is looking for an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join their team.
This is a varied role for someone who wants to broaden their skill set, rather than simply setting and operating the same machine every day.
Key Responsibilities
Set, operate, edit and program CNC milling machines
Work with Fanuc controls
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Carry out first-off, final and sample inspections
Make programme and offset adjustments where required
Support with deburring and finishing
Assist with turning work when needed
Work closely with the wider team to maintain quality and production standardsWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Editor/Programmer
Experience with Fanuc
Confident setting and operating CNC milling machinery
Good understanding of engineering drawings, tooling and machining processes
Someone with a good attitude and a team-focused approach
A willingness to get involved across different areas of the workshopWhy Join?
