CNC Miller – Nights | Bradford | £43,000 – £48,000 DOE
4-night week, Monday to Thursday | Permanent
Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for better pay and a 3-day weekend?
Lodestone Recruitment is working with a respected Bradford engineering business with nearly 100 years in precision manufacturing. Following growth and investment, they’re adding an experienced CNC Miller to their night shift team.
You’ll be machining high-performance components for the automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, marine and heavy equipment sectors, as part of a team known for quality and craftsmanship.
What’s on offer
* £43,000 – £48,000 DOE
* Monday to Thursday, 7:45pm – 6:00am (39 hours), so every weekend is a long one
* Occasional overtime at time and a half
* Permanent from day one
* Annual pay review in line with inflation
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays (based on 4-day week)

What you’ll need
* Apprentice-trained or time-served CNC Miller
* Programming or editing experience on Fanuc and/or Haas controls
* Confident machining high-grade steels and tough materials
* Able to work to tight tolerances from detailed engineering drawings
* Oil & gas, automotive or aerospace experience is a bonus, but not essential
