CNC Mazak Setter/Programmer – Immediate Start
Soraya Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a long-established manufacturing company based in Nuneaton (CV11).
We're looking for an experienced CNC Mazak Setter/Programmer who can confidently programme, set and operate Mazak CNC machinery. This is a hands-on role within a busy workshop manufacturing wacker plates and components used within the construction industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a traditional manufacturing environment and wants a long-term opportunity with a stable employer.
The Role
* Programming Mazak CNC machines.
* Setting machines for production runs.
* Operating Mazak machinery to manufacture components.
* Adjusting programmes and machine settings to maintain production quality.
* Changing tooling and making offsets where required.
* Carrying out routine machine checks.
* Working closely with the production team to ensure production targets are met.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience programming and setting Mazak CNC machines is essential.
* Ability to programme directly at the machine.
* Experience making tooling changes and machine adjustments.
* Strong understanding of CNC machining processes.
* Reliable with a good work ethic.
* Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
