CNC Machinist (Progression to Workshop Supervisor)

Are you a CNC Machinist looking for an opportunity to join one of the most exciting new start-ups in the Southwest offering an opportunity to progress your career into a Workshop Supervisor position?
Are you looking to develop your abilities as part of a tight-knit collaborative company, investing in their employees with full tailored inhouse training provided, including on Fusion360, online and offline programming, and supervisory duties?
In this role, you will be responsible for the overseeing of new Machinists as you take leadership of a range of CNC Milling & Turning and Laser Cutting projects. You will be provided with full training as you step into a leadership position, where you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of the workshop, organising the team as you complete a range of projects. Experience with programming and CAD/CAM is beneficial.

The Role:
Programming CNC Machines (Mazak / Hurco)
Milling and Turning
CAD/CAM work
Training to cover your skill gaps (including on online & offline programming)
Full training on Supervisory duties, including mentoring and project coordination
37 hour per week, 8-4:30 (Mon-Thu), 7-12 (Fri)The Person:
