CNC Machinist position

Description:

Role – CNC Machinist position
Location – Diss, Norfolk
Working hours – Full time hours – Monday to Friday – 8am – 4.30pm
Rate of pay – £17.00 – £18.00 per hour
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position

Our client is a leading manufacturer, they are looking to expand in their manufacturing facility with an additional CNC Machinist.
Applicants will need to be proficient in this calibre of role and an immediate start could be offered for the right candidate.

Main duties will include –
 Setting, operating and programming CNC machinery
 Working on HAAS and FANUC based systems
 Setting the cutting speeds and tolerance levels
 Checking that work meets quality and technical standards and maintaining equipment
 Reporting any defects to management

Candidate attributes –
 Conversant with CNC Machinery
 Ability to program on HAAS and FANUC based systems
 Flexibility to work overtime as and when required
