CNC Machinist (4 Days a Week)
£30,000 - £33,000 + Overtime (OTE 45k) + Monday to Thursday + Flexible Hours + Days Based
Birkenhead, Wirral
Are you a CNC Machinist with either turning or milling experience looking to be trained up on programming, in a long-term and stable role working only 4 days a week, with plenty of optional overtime to increase your earnings?
In this days-based role you will be setting, operating, and programming either lathes or milling machines in a large and clean workshop environment. These will be Fanuc controlled lathes or Heidenhain milling machines, producing a 50/50 mix of repeat and new parts.
This machining company were founded in the 1970's and supply into nuclear, marine, and scientific industries. They boast an excellent rate of staff retention, through looking after their employees with incentives such as flexible hours and 4 day weeks.
This role would suit a CNC Machinist with setting and operating experience looking for a stable role within a long-standing company, offering flexible hours and the option to work 4 days a week.
The Role:
Setting, operating and programming CNC lathes and/or milling machines
50/50 split between repeat and new parts
Monday to Thursday, flexible hours between 6:30am - 6pm, 38 hours a week
£16.68 an hour, overtime paid at 1.5xThe Person:
