Our client is an independently owned manufacturing company which manufacture products that are custom made to suit specific applications for a range of sectors including healthcare, education, government agency and commercial.

Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Operator who has proven experience and competence of operating 3-axis CNC Machines, and of working within fast-paced manufacturing environments to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

To update ELUCAD software programmes for CNC machine.
To assist in the development and documentation of fabrication processes.
To help ensure QA checks on incoming, in process and outgoing materials are undertaken.
To help maintain the factory environmental, health and safely compliance.
To work as part of a team, working to agreed timescales and deadlines.
Ensure finished products meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

CNC - SBZ118 Machine experience preferable but full training will be made available.
Worked on the following machinery - Router, Double Mitre Saw, Bead Saw.
Technical knowledge and experience of aluminium façade systems.
Able to understand and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail conscious.
Ability to work under pressure and to timescales.
Ability to take the initiative.
