Position: CNC Setter / Machinist / Programmer
Location: Gloucestershire / Wiltshire
Salary: up to £35,378 (including shift allowance) + Excellent Benefits / Bonus etc….

The Company: Our client is an established expanding precision manufacturer offering structured training, career progression and pay increases linked to development milestones.
Due to sustained continued expansion, they are now seeking experienced CNC Setter / Machinist / Programmers to be involved in the setting and operating of CNC machines, interpret engineering drawings, inspect components and support efficient, high-quality production
Available shifts:
* Rotating early/late shifts: £31,920 including shift allowance.
* Weekday nights: £35,378 including shift allowance.
* Weekend day shift: Up to £34,048 including shift allowance.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Setting and programming of Mazak CNC machines
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
* Previous CNC Setting / Programming / Operating experience, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes.
* You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of between £31,920 to £35,378 plus excellent prospects, an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
