CNC Machinist
* Job Title: CNC Machinist
* Location: Halesowen
* Salary: Up to £35,000
* Shift: Days Mon - Fri
* Industry: Heavy Environment
We are working with an industrial engineering company based in Halesowen. They are recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join their team on a Days Shift.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Writing and interpreting instructions and procedures to assemble equipment and products accurately
* Welding and drafting
* Maintaining Manual Lathes, CNC Lathes, Boring Machines & Saws
* Controlling machines and processes
* Performing inspections of equipment, structures, materials and products
* Analysing information and finding the best solutions to problems
* Maintaining clear and honest communication at all times
* Keeping the work environment safe
* Learning and applying the latest relevant knowledge to the work
Experience required:
* Certificate in machine shop technology or machine tool technology/machinist desirable
* 1-2 years’ experience in mechanical assembly is preferred
* Experience working in a heavy environment essential
* Hydraulic experience
This position is commutable from; Birmingham, Worcestershire, Redditch, Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove
