Are you an experienced CNC Machine Operator looking for a new role?
Baltic Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our client based in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, and turning
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Filling out route cards and SOP's
- Setting large fabrications.
The successful applicant must possess skills for the following:
- Competent in the use of Haas, Fanuc or Heidenhain control systems.
- Knowledge of basic inspection equipment.
Shifts (3 shift rotation):
Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm
Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm
Monday to Friday, 10pm-6am
Pay rate:
£16.25ph - £17.25ph
Attendance bonus £30 per week
Overtime paid at 1.5 x regular rate, Monday to Saturday
Overtime paid at 2x regular rate on Sundays
