Position: CNC Machine Operator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Satley. Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:15; Friday, 07:00 - 12:00
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour (Overtime: £17.16 per hour)
Start Date: Immediate start available
About the Role
Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator with a strong engineering background who is eager to advance their career to a CNC Setter/Operator position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to grow within a supportive and small dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC machinery with precision and efficiency
• Transition from CNC Machine Operator to CNC Setter
• Ensure all machinery is maintained and operating correctly
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
What We Offer:
• £11.44 per hour to start as a basic operator – this will increase when you are fully trained as a setter
• Overtime opportunities paid at £17.16 per hour after 40 hours per week

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
• Strong engineering background
• Must have CNC operating experience to be considered
• Ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Willingness to learn and progress to a CNC Setter role
• Ability to work Monday to Thursday (07:00 - 16:30) and Friday (07:00 - 12:00) and flexible to work overtime as and when required
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work
