They produce some of the highest end products throughout a number of industries, including; Motorsport, F1, Automotive, Marine and Aerospace.
The Job
As an Grinder you'll be responsible for producing components to the company standard in the most efficient/cost effective manner. You'll be required to set and operate CNC and manual grinding (Cylindrical & Surface) machines to make precision components. My client are currently the busiest they have been and will look to get you involved with supporting the manufacturing within ongoing/new exciting projects.
Experience
Relevant experience would include previous machine shop experience with extensive knowledge of grinding. Ability to Set and Operate Manual and CNC Grinding Machines (Cylindrical & Surface) and be able to carry out quality checks on your own work. Ideally you will be a time served engineer or have obtained other relevant qualifications within engineering. It goes without saying, organisational skills and the ability to maintain a clinically clean environment are essential.
This is a double days shift position, working Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm, rotating weekly.
