Up to £35,000 is on offer for a CNC Grinder who takes real pride in getting it right first time.

As a CNC Grinder, your responsibilities will include:

Operate multiple grinding machines or a single complex production setup
Work from drawings, process control documents and standard operating procedures
Manufacture parts to strict production schedules and timescales
Flag any tooling, resource or process issues to your team leader promptly
Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements at all times
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
As a CNC Grinder, your experience will include:

Proven experience in CNC grinding
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic computer literacy for data entry
Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
