CNC Grinder
We are seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join our precision engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating CNC Grinder to manufacture high-quality components in accordance with engineering drawings and customer specifications. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Skills Required
* Edit operate CNC grinding machines, manual skills will be considered also
* Manufacture precision components to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding equipment.
* Basic understanding of cylindrical or surface grinding
* Maintain tight tolerances and ensure consistent product quality.
* Adjust machine offsets and tooling to optimise performance.
* Identify and troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
* Confidence to work on various machines with appropriate training and support
About you
* Proven experience as a CNC Grinder within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Ability to edit and operate machines independently. NO PROGRAMMING
* Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Knowledge of machining principles, cutting tools, and materials.
* Ability to use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
* Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards.
* Apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualification.
