Salary: Up to £21.66 per hour + Shift Allowance
OTE: Approx. £50,056.50 per annum

Rotating Shifts
Morning Shift
Monday to Thursday: 05:30 - 14:00
Friday: 05:30 - 11:00Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday: 13:30 - 22:00
Friday: 10:30 - 16:00

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Gear Grinder to join a highly skilled machining team working on complex, high-precision components.
You will be responsible for setting, operating and grinding precision gear components to tight tolerances, ensuring all work meets exacting engineering and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Setting and operating CNC gear grinding machines
Producing high-precision gear components to engineering specifications
Understanding and working with complex geometry and technical drawings
Ensuring components meet tight tolerance and surface finish requirements
Carrying out in-process inspection and quality checks
Adjusting machine settings to maintain accuracy and consistency
Working closely with engineering and quality teams
Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a CNC Gear Grinder within a precision engineering environment.
You will also have:
Strong experience operating CNC gear grinding machines
Good understanding of geometry and technical drawing interpretation
Experience working to tight tolerances in a high-precision environment
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work across rotating shift patterns
Experience within motorsport, Formula 1 or automotive environments would be advantageous
