Description:
Oxon Park is actively recruiting for a CNC 5 Axis Miller to join a sub contract precision engineering company located in Marsh Gibbon, Oxfordshire. Our client is equipped with the latest high precision CNC machine tools offering 3 axis and full 5 axis simultaneous machining.
Combining a wealth of experience, knowledge and skill, with state of the art technology and machinery.
Permanent Position, Full Time
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
MAIN ROLE:
* Manufacturing complex components in line with customer drawings and models
* Setting and operating CNC Mills
* Carrying out manual inspections
* Following workplace processes and maintaining documentation
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
* Proficient in Heidenhain machine controls
* Experience programming with Hypermill (Training provided)
* Competent setting and operating CNC Mills
* Ability to set and operate more than one machine
* Experience manufacturing precision components
* Experience working with aerospace alloys, stainless steel, titanium
