The Kensington Collection, part of the MCR Property Group, is a portfolio of boutique hotels and serviced apartments located in the heart of Kensington and Knightsbridge.

* Chesham Court Apartments
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cluster Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations across all four properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the housekeeping teams across all four sites.
* Ensure guest rooms, apartments and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.
* Conduct daily room inspections and quality checks.
* Manage staff rotas, training and performance.
* Monitor linen, guest amenities and housekeeping stock levels.
* Work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
* Handle guest feedback and continuously improve housekeeping standards.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and people management skills.
* Experience using a Hotel PMS (Guestline, Opera or similar preferred).
* Flexible approach to working across multiple properties.
