Main responsibilities
* Support in overseeing offshore bookkeepers, including updating their task schedules and ensuring adherence to budget constraints
* Review and organise VAT returns
* Coordinate with personal assistants regarding scheduling year-end account bookings
* Provide assistance with bookkeeping tasks as needed during peak periods
* Guarantee timely completion of tasks and effective planning to meet deadlines
Requirements
* Holds AAT certification or possesses equivalent experience
* Experienced in practice settings
* Demonstrates a robust grasp of accounting and tax concepts and can effectively train others
* Certified in Xero with proficiency in preparing VAT returns
