Are you an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for developing others?

We're looking for a Clinical Trainer to join the Nurseplus team, delivering high-quality clinical training across our branches in the South/Centrally. 

You'll help healthcare and social care staff build the knowledge, practical skills and confidence they need to provide safe, effective and person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver mandatory and non-mandatory clinical training, including Moving and Handling, Resuscitation, PEG Care, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, Cannulation and Phlebotomy.
Assess practical clinical skills and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt training to different learning styles and individual needs.
Support the Head of Training and Head of Clinical with training and compliance requirements.
Provide coaching and ongoing support to help colleagues build confidence and competence.
Promote best practice, safeguarding and continuous professional development.
Build strong relationships with learners and branch teams.

What We're Looking For

NMC registration with postgraduate experience.
Experience working in both community and hospital environments.
A broad range of clinical experience.
Previous experience delivering training or education.
Experience mentoring and developing others.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of clinical procedures, moving and handling, resuscitation and first aid.
Ability to work independently and adapt your approach to different learners.
Evidence of ongoing CPD.
A teaching or assessing qualification would be an advantage.

A full driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region are also required.
