As a Clinical Services Matron, reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will assume a significant role in guiding your Clinical team. Your leadership will ensure that clinical priorities within our centres align with our organisational goals, focusing on safety, client experience, and sustainability. As the ideal candidate, your mobility and ability to travel across the Oxford region is crucial. Your presence across these locations will contribute to the seamless coordination of our services.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will empower your Clinical Teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. By upholding the highest standards in clinical practice and care, you'll set an example of excellence. Your collaborative approach will establish close partnerships with the Operational and Clinical departments, essential for the success of this role.
Successful candidates will also be entrusted with the role of deputy CQC Registered Manager, reinforcing your critical role in our healthcare operations. You will have experience in a Senior Management role and hold a current and valid NMC Pin.

Proven experience in management and leadership within a clinical setting
Ability to inspire and motivate a Clinical Team towards providing exceptional client care
A valid Nursing and Midwifery Pin
