An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Service Manager (RMN) to work within our warm and welcoming male inpatient unit - located in Stanmore, Harrow - Greater London. Become an important and valued member of our close-knit company and team, leading from the very front.
We are new! We are a 26-bed inpatient unit for males of working age, with severe and enduring mental illness, co-morbid physical health problems and complex needs. We are spit across 2 wards.
Providing specialist MDT assessment, treatment and support to stabilise an individual's symptoms and help them regain the skills and confidence to live in the community.
Your role:
You will take responsibility of the day-to-day overview and management of clinical service, ensuring delivery of optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care. In line with compliance, regulations and KPIs.
Develop, drive and implement clinical assurance including patient safety, incident management, clinical audit, clinical governance and action plan implementation. To provide reports and evidence to demonstrate compliance with the CQC Outcomes for Quality and Safety, Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOES)
Develop positive working relationships with all members of the MDT and Business Development manager.
