Spencer Clarke Group are seeking two experienced Clinical Psychologists to join our private client's team on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our service users within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.
About the Units:
16 BED MALE - Low Secure Mental Health Unit
16 BED FEMALE - Acute Mental Health Unit
15 BED MALE - Acute Mental Health Unit
8 BED MALE - High Dependency Rehabilitation Service with Complex and Enduring Mental Health Conditions
10 BED MALE - Acute Mental Health UnitRole and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for all service users during a 12-week assessment process from admission.
Develop bespoke recovery pathway plans collaboratively with service users and occupational therapists.
Provide both one-to-one and group therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
Support the development and implementation of individual therapy timetables for service users.
Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans to facilitate recovery.Qualifications and Experience:
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent qualification).
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Significant experience in a clinical setting, ideally within secure or acute mental health units.
Strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic intervention skills.
