We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Practice Educator to join a fantastic Private Hospital within their ICU & Medicine Inpatient Teams. If you are passionate about clinical practice and have relevant experience, this may be the exciting new opportunity you are looking for.

This full-time role offers a salary of up to £56,000, along with a host of fantastic benefits. As a Clinical Practice Educator, you'll have the chance to enhance the professional practice of the team, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programmes for both new and existing nursing staff.

As a Clinical Practice Educator, your responsibilities will include:

Enhancing the professional practice of the ICU & Medicine Inpatient Teams
Ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programmes
Collaborating or potentially heading up the development of the onboarding process for nursing
Identifying practice gaps and implementing educational activities to address themPackage and Benefits:

Full NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
A post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
Extensive experience in clinical education
Substantive experience in relevant nursing specialtyIf you have experience or interest in roles such as Clinical Practice Facilitator, Clinical Nurse Educator, Clinical Training Specialist, Clinical Practice Advisor or Clinical Education Specialist, this Clinical Practice Educator role could be the perfect fit for you.
