As a Clinical Practice Educator, your duties will include:

Designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of both new and existing nursing staff.
Providing on-the-job support and mentorship to ensure best practices in patient care.
Ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
Driving educational initiatives that meet regulatory standards and elevate the standard of care.
Collaborating on or potentially leading the development of the onboarding process for nursing.
Identifying practice gaps and implementing educational activities to address them.
Conducting audits to maintain high standards of care.
Promoting evidence-based practices.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.

Be a Registered General Nurse with full NMC registration.
