About the role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Norwich. The hospital has state of the art facilities and this is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their friendly and experienced Pharmacy team. The team are passionate about person centred care and put their patients at the heart of everything they do and looking for a like-minded Clinical Pharmacist to join them. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work in a varied and exciting position. This would suit either someone from a hospital background or a community background wanting to learn and move into a hospital setting.

Duties and responsibilities
You will be working as a Clinical Pharmacist and you will be responsible for the following;

Access the health and well-being of patients
Working with patients who's needs may be complex and changing within the context of their medicines
Plan, deliver and evaluate the pharmaceutical care to meet the patients health and well-being needs
Plan, monitor and evaluate the movement of medicines
Lead other members of the team
Establish and maintain communication with various individuals
Modify and structure data, computer records and stock management documents.
Who we're looking for

GPHC registration-  your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
At least 1 years UK experience post-graduation
Experience working within a hospital setting desirable
Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient requirements.
Effective stock and budgetary control desirable
