About the Role
Are you a GPhC-registered Clinical Pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing qualification looking for true flexibility and a better work-life balance?
We are partnering with leading Primary Care Networks and innovative healthcare providers across the UK to recruit an Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist on a hybrid/remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in delivering remote clinical medication reviews, managing long-term conditions, and optimising patient care without the commute.
Requirements

GPhC Registration: Active registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Independent Prescriber (IP): Valid V300 / Independent Prescribing qualification (Essential).

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in Primary Care (GP Surgery, PCN) or NHS clinical settings.
*
System Knowledge: Proficiency in EMIS Web, SystmOne, or Vision software.
