Clinical Nurse Manager
Location: Bishop Auckland
Salary: Up to £48’000 (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hrs (Monday to Friday)
This is an excellent opportunity for any Nurse looking to step into a more operational role. Will consider: Lead Nurse, Ward Manager, Deputy Ward Manager, Clinical Leads, Charge Nurse or Equivalent
Facility Details:
* Size: 32 beds
* Complex care: Dementia, Mental Health, ABI and Physically Disabled
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Must be a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality expectations
* Skills: Ability to lead clinical teams, excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
