My client is searching for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their growing firm based in York, Yorkshire.
The role:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal has arisen within this firms Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team in York. Their team focus on complex, high value serious injury and medical negligence claims together with providing help and support to individuals suffering life-changing injuries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role. You will work closely with experienced solicitors and receive valuable training to develop your knowledge and skills on a broad range of clinical negligence and personal injury files. You will also be responsible for some of your own cases, with supervision and support.
The successful candidate:
• Previous experience working on Clinical Negligence and/or Personal Injury cases.
• LLB or equivalent degree
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• IT competent
• Self-motivated with a professional approach to work
• Able to use own initiative
• Empathetic approach and strives for excellence in client care
• Flexible ‘can do’ attitude
