Salary: £58k to £62k per annum

Overview
Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Clinical Care Manager in the South London area. Are you an ambitious Clinical lead or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you’re an experienced nurse looking to step up into the role. My client is looking for a Clinical Care Manager to help and support their service and support the current home manager. You will be part of an amazing group with a brilliant reputation.
Key details
* Must have an active nursing PIN.
* Experience within a similar role or managing a clinical team.
* Excellent time management
* Be able to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
* Be supportive and a leader for all clinical staff members.
The service: Medium sized elderly nursing home with dementia care. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally.
Hours: (The hours are flexible but generally between 8-5pm) – supernumerary available also.
