Our client is a well-established hospital in Ealing, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards. They're on the lookout for a Clinical Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role comes with a fantastic salary of up to £65,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Not only that, but you'll also receive a £3000 welcome bonus! You'll be working full-time, Monday to Friday, in a supportive and upbeat environment.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll:

Give direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice and leadership for care delivery.
Ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
Play a key part in ensuring departments operate within budget.
Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group.
Take overall responsibility for the management and functioning of housekeeping, hospitality, HSE, infection control and Fire Regulation guidelines.Package and Benefits:

At least 3 years of managerial experience as a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse.
Significant experience of leading teams and managing change.
A good understanding and application of the Rehabilitation Approach.
Experience of working with budgets and using financial and activity information to manage services.
A background working in setting, monitoring and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
A background working in preparing and presenting reports at the senior management level.
Ability to change practice, culture and outcomes across professional boundaries.If you have experience or interest in roles such as Mental Health Nurse Manager, Senior Mental Health Practitioner, Clinical Services Manager, Clinical Lead or Rehabilitation Manager, this Clinical Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.
